A healthy breakfast is my best weapon in my weight loss battle. If I give myself a head start and eat a good breakfast, I'm more likely to stick to my diet throughout the day. I wrote a morning eating plan that's chock-full of lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy fat and flavor so that I look forward to waking up in the morning.....
