1/2 Days and Full Days with NO School - Ideas for Kids - HELP!
Hi, I am looking for ideas, camps, art classes open gymnastics, theater day camp for kids 8-12. Any ideas? With so many half and full day holidays coming up I am looking for fun activities for my kids while I have to work. thanks for any ideas anyone can offer.

I don't have any amazing ideas, but how about swapping a few days with another Mom? You take her kids on a day you have off from work and she takes yours while you need to work?

I suggest looking into the Library. They are an often forgotten about resource! And, well, at least my local ones, always offer things for the days the schools are out, or let out early. At that age, they are old enough to go to the library for a few hours unsupervised. And there is so much to do there!!!
I hate the month of November as far as the school schedule goes. My kids were out both Mon & Tue this week... then they get out Thurs & Fri next week (for conferences) and then the ENTIRE following week for Thanksgiving! Ahhhh... my four boys and then the 3 additional kids I watch before/after school makes for some crazy times here!
