Real Stories. Real Advice. Real Moms.

Does anyone work from home? I am looking for a reputable place to work from home. I have a soon to be 4 year old son that I am missing out on most of his life working 40+ hours out of the house but need to work to attempt to make ends meet. I would so appreciate any suggestions from other moms who work from home or how they make ends meet without a full time job.....

I work from home, and love every minute of it. In my business you can earn money several different ways. You can do retail (have parties) do book parties, sell to stores, do expos, home shows etc. You can also do fundraisers. Some of our distributors do ONLY fundraisers. You can work online or off line. You can also earn money by building a team and earning residual income. You get all your training online, so you can do it when it works for your schedule, (like durning your childrens nap time). The training is the BEST in the industry! There are no quotas. Start up costs is under $50. And when you join our candle of the month club you will get all your gourmet candles and bath products, and your mineral makeup for wholesale. You also earn 40-60% profit on all product that you sell. You do not have to keep any inventory if you do not want to. For more information about my business go to www.candlebusinesscareer.com May GOD bless your journey in finding the right job. Carla

I too do HBB's. My Mary Kay business provides excellent income with 50% commission plus bonuses, and because our products are so amazing and consumable, there is a wonderful customer retention rate. If you treat your HBB as a job, you can easily earn a livable income. www.marykay.ca
I also have a Heritage Makers business that I have just been doing for personal use, but our photobooks and other products really sell themselves. People are always approaching me about them. www.heritagemakers.com/283163
If you would like more info on either of these please contact me. Mightymorphinmama [at] gmail [dot] com
Good luck!

Hi Jackie,
I lost my job at the end of last year. I had no idea how we'd pay our bills--except that we'd exhaust all of our savings. I did find a job working outside of my home 1-2 days a week finally. Being home with my 2 year old though--made me want to stay home for good. So I too went in search of a home business. What I also found was a work at home opportunity that has the potential to grow so big that I hope to bring my husband home too!

Don't get me wrong--this is no get rich quick scheme. It's going to take a little time and a lot of determination, but this team and company has THE most amazing products that we use every single day and THE most amazing compensation plan. I really wasn't looking for something like candles, jewelry or makeup (no offense to those who sell that stuff) or anything where I'd have to buy inventory and host parties. I didn't have the money for that kind of thing. I also don't think that in this economy the majority of folks are looking to buy those things. Personally, I thought this was a great opportunity because these products are safer and healthier for the home & the environment. It's an amazing concept really: Simply switch stores and save money!

The beauty of what I do is that I refer people and make a commission on every order they place (with a 95% reorder rate, that's not a bad check!) I don't start over every month--I just build and build. There are monthly incentives and bonuses with every advancement. I've even earned double bonuses! With double bonuses there's the potential to earn over $13K in the first year.

NO SELLING, STOCKING/BUYING INVENTORY, NO PARTIES, NO TELEMARKETING, NO LARGE INVESTMENT-$29!

I set up appointment calls, set up accounts, and sometimes mentor others to do the same so you work FOR YOURSELF not BY YOURSELF. We have all the training you need at no extra costs. FREE Website too!

I urge you to take action to learn if this is the right thing for you and your family. Enter your info at www.mybusinessonmytime.com and I will personally contact you to give you all the details: NO COST, NO OBLIGATION--just INFORMATION. Take Action!!! You can do this!!

I'm with Michele on this one! The only way you can lose is if you never enter the race! My husband is now home "working" with me. Have a hard time calling it work because it's more fun than it is work, more rewarding than a job. If you want it bad enough it is easily acheivable! See our story and our website at www.solutionsolver.workfromhome.com. If you want more info, just opt in and I will call you. Way too many benefits to mention here. Figure out how much you want to make in the first month, set your goals and we will help you set up a plan that will help you reach those goals! Risk Free!

Hey DeeJay--thanks for the backup! Can I use your quote about the race? I love it.

I thought I'd check out your site, but the link gets me nowhere and I tried just putting it in my browser, but no such luck...thought you oughta know.

Good luck to you!

Hi Michele, thank you for checking on my site...I'll have to go see what's up with that and get back to you! The race quote..absolutely...don't you think it's so true? Seriously, what we do is such a No Brainer that I'm shocked I hadn't heard about it 20 years ago. No time for regrets...just keep one foot in front of the other and move forward! Bless you and your flourishing business!
