Calling an old boyfriend
I realize my huge mistake now of breaking up with my first boyfriend after my divorce. He was a perfect gentleman, was wonderful with my children but he reminded me too much of my father. And he did have a good rapport with my father.
Soon after we broke up, I started dating totally wrong men for me-ones that needed being taken care of. It has been five years since we dated. I could have had a future, we even talked about marriage. But I was not ready emotionally.
Would I be wrong to call him and ask or is the time limit too long???

You never know until you try. He may be thinking of what might have been too. But keep in mind and prepare your self for reality that he may be married and happy. I hope you find happiness in love. Good luck

You might always regret at least reaching out. You might get hurt but at least you know that avenue is closed for good. It could be good or bad but at least you will not regret.

i agree call if and see whats happens, he may and may not be happy , and then again he may still be hoping that u would come around
