I have psoriasis and right now my face is broken out. Getting a little bit of sun will clear me up, but sun is also damaging to skin. Where is the balance?
I have a special needs child and I got out of a abusive marriage and my child is suffering what can I do or where can I go to get the help that I need? Because now he is eating to solve the problem that he is caring instead of talking to me. Can you help.
I recently had a new baby girl. I am having problems burping her. The same problems I also had with my son who is older.
I have tried many positons to burp the baby and it is very difficult still. Any suggestions? I feel terrible when she is crying with gas...:/
Wow, how neat is this! My first question is for the dermatologist. It seems like no matter what I do I am always itchy. I've tried all different lotions, or no lotion, I've tried different detergents, shampoo, soaps, etc. but my back especially is always itchy and it drives me bonkers. It's hard to justify seeing my doctor for this. Any suggestions?
Now the question for the Sleep Expert...how do I get my brain to slow down long enough for me to fall asleep? I lay in bed for hours each night worrying about everything which I know is useless but I just can't seem to help it. And then I am exhausted every day. (or maybe that is the twins?) It's worse right now with the stress of us looking for a job and having been laid off but even before then I had problems. Medication is not an option so do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you everyone!
How much sleep does an adult really need? (I usually go to bed about 10ish and wake up at 630ish)
And when do your hormones start changing when you a girt? I have a 10 year old that is so VERY emotional ALL the time. I am thinking of taking her off milk altogether because of the hormones they give to cows. Do you think this is a wise idea? Do you think because of the hormones they give to cows it could cause my daughter to be developing early??
And do you know WHY they would do this? (That is why give cows all these hormones? Did they always do this even when I was younger? I graduated high school in 1994 if that helps.)
@ Kate ~Mom to 2 Princesses~ You can try to start Speghatti and noodles with cheese...Full boiled eggs and egg yolk too... by 11 months...Its good for their health.
Dr Chrystal Evans can you help me I have a special needs child and he and I was abuse and I left 10 years ago but child is still suffering can you help me and tell me what I need to do for him.
