My first thought was - Thank God - FINALLY. (This baby took 10 years to make).
Shocked!
When I found out I was pregnant with my third child it was during an episode of Hell's Kitchen, the one where the chef's had to feed 100 pregnant women. My period had been late but it didn't occur to me that I could be pregnant and my husband and I just looked at eachother and took it as a sign to take a test.

Less than one minutes later there was a big fat plus sign. 5 tests later I was puking in the sink from shock. I cried, I laughed, and jumped with excitement. I also don't think I slept a wink that night.
I thought I had food poisoning, as my friends and I ate at a new place and they all got sick. I was two weeks shy of a scheduled hysterectomy. Went up the street to the urgi-clinic to see what I could do about being so sick. They insisted on running a pregnancy test, I was like "why" I'm due for a hysto - I can't get pregnant (fibroids, endo, bad uterus) - they still insisted, I insisted I had food poisoning. They ran it anyways, came into the room with a little white thing, and a smile on their face, they held it up and there was a big purple plus. I didn't know what it meant, I looked at them, they looked at me waiting for my reaction. Then they figured I didn't know what it meant, so they told me I was pregnant. My response - "get out" and started laughing, very funny I said, they insisted they were not joking, I was in fact pregnant. That I should probably call my fertility specialist and my doctor to let them know, I wouldn't be having a hysterectomy if everything was okay - uterus and baby wise - then I cried - hard - a lot - then they had a sobbing wretched mess on their hands! I still have that little white pregnancy test - with it's faded purple plus- no I didn't have a hysterectomy as scheduled, I had my daughter, Samantha Amber. Who just turned 21.
We had tried for years and had gotten pregnant several times but I never managed to carry a baby to full term. We had finally come to terms with not having children and decided we would be allright with being an aunt and an uncle. Well, I won a trip to NY and we had a blast & we were sitting in our hotel room our last day there and I just knew. I felt different and I looked at DH & said this is it. For real this time, I am pregnant & we're going to have a baby. He kind of laughed & we forgot about it until we got home. I took a test and low and behold, I was pregnant. We were shocked and didn't want to get too excited after the trouble we had had in the past, But now, we have a happy, healthy 1 1/2 year old boy who is our little miracle baby!
When I first found out I was shocked! I had been trying for a few months and expected it to take longer. Of course I was super excited and couldn't wait to tell hubby when he got home for lunch. He was shocked too!
I was told by quite a few doctors after I had a few serious medical issues that I could never have children.

So when I found out I was pregnant I was so excited I kissed the nurse!

LOL wrapped my arms around her, squeezed her and kissed her cheek! LOL
awesome product woww
i was super excited and alone at home. i called hubby at work a dozen times and he didnt pick up.i emailed him and he didnt reply! then i called my mom and told her. my husband wasn't too happy to be the second person to find out!!
My first thought was...' I gotta pee on another stick!' haha, and I did!
I had been trying to get pregnant for about six months and I took a home pregnancy test. I was so nrevous as I waited for the result. When it turned positive I was so happy and skipped around the bathroom. I couldn't wait to tell my husband. He was as happy as I was!
The first time I discovered I was pregnant I was shocked. I was really upset because I was so young and I felt betrayed because my boyfriend said he didn't want to have kids. I was at the doctors when I found out and I could feel my face getting really hot but all I could do is smile and look stupid. Womp, womp, womp!
