I hear of so many people that can go on with their day with out breakfast. As for me I cannot run on empty in the morning, what about you?

I am not a breakfast person. That being said, when I do eat breakfast I eat more in the day time and not as night. If I don't eat breakfast, I eat way too late.

I usually eat breakfast. I like a "cooked" breakfast rather than just cereal, yogurt, etc., so I often will make pancakes, french toast or eggs. Of course, if there's a rush, I'll settle with cereal or something else cold!

I don't eat breakfast per se - but I do generally grab a snack at about ten am. I don't feel .like eating until I have been up for a few hours.

Sometimes I do miss breakfast. I end up being hungrier sometimes when I DO eat it - which is odd. But I am trying to make myself eat. When I was pregnant, I totally could not miss breakfast for anything. I need to get back to that point.

I definitely have to eat breakfast, but it's not the first thing I do when I wake up. I have to wait awhile until I'm hungry.

If I do eat something it's usually little. I am not hungry till later in the afternoon.

Not usually, but I do feel better when I do! You would think I'd eat breakfast every day, huh?

I can't eat first thing in the morning, but after a cup of coffee or two, I need something to soak up the acidity and fuel my body. So later in the morning i definately do. Usually low-sugar, whole grain oatmeal, or high fiber toast with peanut butter. On the weekends I might splurge on an egg substitute omelet and bacon.

Something light is all I can eat early but it has to have some protein or I am useless by lunch

I would really love to get up and eat breakfast the first thing every day. I really believe if I would do that, it would help me to loose a few pounds that I have picked up.

No, I'm never hungry until after I've been awake for a few hours.

I usually don't feel like eating until I've been awake a few hours. Even then, I only want a small snack until lunch time.
