My day starts without breakfast. I'm on a 2 meal a day schedule, I guess! About 11:00 am I have to eat..then again at 5:00pm. I know I should do better but for right now it works!

Sometime I just can't eat when I first wake up. Sometimes I can, however and I do but its something small like a bowl of cereal or nutrigrain bar. My appetite is usually gone until 2-3 P.M

While I do feel that breakfast is very important, my stomach often can't handle food very well early in the morning. So, I often end up eating a late breakfast (brunch?).

I have to eat something. I usually eat toast with peanut butter or make a quick smoothie. Otherwise, I get low blood sugar and get dizzy!

I'm usually a night person so if I did have breakfast, it'll be a late one.

I have to have something to eat in the morning. I need to find something that is healthy and quick so that I do not go thru the drive thru ar Jack in the box. I can go without lunch or dinner but I need something in the mornings.

I know I should eat breakfast, but in all reality it very rarely happens. Most mornings it is just a cup of coffee or tea. Other days it is more like brunch. On the weekends we always do a big family breakfast together with all the trimmings right down to the mimosa's, but during the week we are all so busy that it's a free for all. So by the time I've finished feeding the twins and getting the homeschooler set up for the day, I'm lucky if I've eaten before 11am

For years I did not eat breakfast, then I saw the light of day. After a long night without food, breakfast is very welcome. I think it is important to keep blood sugar stable - even if you don't have a problem. I don't become so ravenous when lunch time comes around.

I need about a gallon of coffee before I can even think of food.

When I do eat breakfast for some reason I am hungrier all day long.

I try to always eat breakfast. I am not usually hungry when I first wake up, so I have it about 2 hours after I wake up.

I rarely eat breakfast. My day is odd though. I work from 4 pm to midnight and when I come home I'm usually up for a couple of hours before going to bed. When I get up in the morning it's already close to lunch time and I eat one meal before I go to work.
