My favorite recipe from Hungry Girl is the Honor Roll egg roll. It satisfies my need for egg rolls. It keeps me from eating the fried ones which are so bad for me. I have lost so much weight and am so much healthier thanks to the help from the Hungry Girl newsletter!

My favorite are the squash fries. I was so addicted to these when I first tried them that I'd make them every weekend. Now unfortunately squash is out of season in WI and not available in the grocery stores :(

There are so many that I love, but I love all of the no calorie drinks they suggest. People sometimes don't realize how many calories they drink.

I start out my day eating a Fiber One Bar and follow it up with an apple. Very filling. My favorite bar is the oats and caramel. YUMMY!

I would have to say her tips on eating out. She tells you the best choices for certain restaurants like Chinese, Mexican, Italian, ect.... Also that most restaurants portions are almost twice (or at least way too much) a normal meal size so we should only eat half and take the rest home in a box. She needs her own show!

My fave would have to be the Thin-gerbread Men recipe. Not only was it calorie friendly but it was very delicious and my children DEVOURED them! YUM!
