This is how it started. We woke up and the morning was weird, but around three when people were headed over things were looking great. A few other people over for fun and barbecuing and then later fireworks at the beach, or so we thought.
What really happened, we had some friends over and a great time was off, when a couple showed up bringing their personal problems with them. Everybody has them, but you work them out in the privacy of your own home, not at somebody elses celebration. The male of the relationship was trying to ignore but the woman was becoming increasingly ridiculous and would not leave when we told her and/or them to. There was yelling and fighting at our house in our front yard in our house between them, her family came to get her and she would not leave. We did not call the cops because we did not want to make the scene bigger, so while everybody else were still in good moods for the day, everything was tainted and annoying. The insults started turning on us and our guests, and we finally got her out of our house. Hours later, I went to the beach with my friend and our kids (both the same age) and it was a blast. When we got home, there she was waiting with her baby on our driveway for her boyfriend to come out of the house and she started yelling at us, and we went inside and my husband had called the cops. She is pretty much the most annoying person ever, I will never come into any contact ever again.
Please tell me good 4th of July stories, one I could think about instead of mine:P Mine was terrible, luckily it was a happy ending for the kids..
