Had any AHA moments lately?
Just recently, God revealed to me that I was grieving. GRIEVING, who ME! Who died? No stupid...over a lose in your life, something that you felt was taken/stolen from me. something you had absolutely no control over! He made it known to me, that I have no control over the bad choices other people have made in my past (that affected me in a painful way) and may make in my future. And no amount of mourning or grief will ever change that! Its gone and I can't get it back but He can replace and give me double for my trouble, if I just let it go, "stop kicking a die horse" I don't have to ride off into the sunset, I can run ahead into my joy filled future, leaving the grief of the past loses behind me!
RIP (Rest in Peace)...Free from the past!,

Good for you! Mine was pretty recent. I have been trying to knock off some pounds and after keeping a food journal in addition to notating stress, I found I'm an emotional eater. Now that I am aware I can make better food choices. The pounds are coming off slowly but surely.

That' s nuts, I was just watching a program about food jounaling and how helpful it is in weight lose and maintaining a health 2000 or less diet. Thanks for the confirmation...I'm on it! Thank God for break through!
