Real Stories. Real Advice. Real Moms.

Earlier this week, momlogic spoke with former Bachelorette Trista Sutter after Jason dumped his fiancee of six weeks Melissa for "the other woman." Trista gave props to Melissa for how she handled the televised diss -- but wonders how Molly can trust Jason now. As moms, we had a lot of questions for single dad Jason Mesnick ... and some of our thoughts were not so nice. So we went straight to the source.

Check out the COMPLETE RAW AND UNEDITED version of our candid one-on-one interview with the single dad Bachelor. What do you think? Can Molly really trust Jason? Do you understand why he did what he said he had to do ... or is he really just a "bastard" as Melissa said?

YES he's a bastard! I'm not so much concerned with the change of heart and how he let Melissa go ... what I'm upset about is the fact that he PROPOSED to her with those feelings for Molly still in his heart. Why propose?? Why not see where it leads you-- without putting a ring on her finger? If it, as he said it did, changed in six weeks or six months -- he could have walked away. It will would have been difficult, but at least there's no marriage proposal involved. The guy is a JERK.

This guy is your typical 'I think I look good, I'm immature and I can't handle a real relationship, so I'm whimping out'.
What a complete and total LOSER. If Molly (or any woman) accepts this joker after what he did and what he shows to be.. Then she deserved to be dissed and humilated.

I agree with Glamourous1! What was even worse was when Jason told Molly it wouldn't be right to jump into anything right away--Six weeks later and she's already moving to Seattle!!! Oh, and he shouldn't have kissed Molly two minutes after Melissa walked off the stage! You could have waited until the cameras were off buddy!

The guy is a big jerk and so have been all the other bacbelors. Show is a joke. Molly is making a big big mistake is she accepts him.

I believe that Molly was the one from the beginning. Her and Jason's gentle touching during the beginning shows....and other little things we picked up from early on. But I can only guess that if we picked up on the fact that he and Molly were "hitting it off" right from the get go, the producers did too. If I were to rename the show, I would call it "Jason Meets Molly". I am sure that the producers had to make some "change request" or the show would have been done before it aired. If it all played out the way everyone thinks it should, where would all the drama be?

After that being said, It was a horrible thing that "they" did to Melissa. I believe she was used as a way to make more money for the show. Look at all the media and hype! They sucked us in and we continued to watch. If everyone hated what happened, then why are they still talking about it!

I think it was an adventure! For all of us.... it took my mind off all the doom and gloom of the economy for sure.

I for one hope they are happy! Because I am sure their is a price for their new fame.

I feel bad for Melissa, as I rooted for her the entire time. I think what Jason did was cruel. I think that he could have done it in private. Melissa showed her class by the way she handled it all. I am sure that there is still alot we do not know. And frankly we do not need to know. As for Molly, I think that she should walk very cautiously. He could do this again. And Ty how confussing this must be for him.

Of course, the whole thing was terribly tacky, but I still think it's o.k. that Molly gives him another chance. As we could all see on television, Jason was obviously heart-broken after he broke up with Molly. He may have made that decision since his former girlfriend advised him to and he was looking for the safe choice - after all he is a single father. At that time, it was clear that even if he had stayed with Melissa, he would have always wondered if he made a mistake. It's probably hard for any guy to sort out his feelings when several beautiful girls are trying so hard to get him. Being on camera all the time probably doesn't help either. After Molly already gave him the silly book she wrote about "The Love Of Her Life" while she still wasn't even sure whom he was going to choose, she really doesn't have anything to loose by giving him another chance.

He is beyond a JERK. He has no idea what he wants. Sure would love to talk to the exwife. Reminds me of Scott Peterson. Creepy. Molly should run away as fast as possible. Ty seemed to like Melissa better. Melissa is so much better off. CREEP
