I have so many memories that it is really hard to pick one, but I would have to say that it was when I told her that I was going to take a picture of her and she immediately started to pose. Now she does it all the time, but it just shocked me that my little girl is already going into model mode :-)

My daughter, a few weeks ago, heard that her great grandfather was getting married. She, with all seriousness, said I sure hope she is an old lady too!

about one week into the 6th grade, i went to visit my son and his teacher after class. Mrs. D told me that she had a shrine for my son. i am thinking that religion is not allowed in school so, with a puzzled look, i asked my son where is this shrine. on the top of the filing cabinet was a couple of Star Wars figures, a deck of cards, a bouncy ball, some Pokeman cards and a BUNCH of other items. Mrs. D said these were things that she had 'confiscated' from him during class!!! so, my suspicions were confirmed...religion is not taught in the 6th grade!!!!

On my son's 2nd birthday which was a long time ago, he had gotten a fish tank and some goldfish for his birthday and my aunt was visiting and she had gotten him a Mickey Mouse rod and reel. He knew how to fish so with the room brimming over with guests he begins to try his luck at inserting the tip of the rod into a very small opening in the top of the fish tank lid, how cute and innocent that was. Everyone got a really big laugh when someone saw him trying to fish. I'll never forget that :)

My kids are fans of Veggie Tales and it is so funny to see them pretending to be Bob and Larry.

Not really a memory, but something my son does that I LOVE....he is 2, and often he comes up to me out of the blue, strokes my hair and tells me I am pretty. Then he pooches up for a big juicy kiss & throws his little arms around my neck as he says 'I love you, more, Mom!'

Just recently we started going to church and becoming very involved. The other night my oldest daughter asked my husband an interesting quesion. She said, "Daddy what are you afraid of ?" My husband told her not many things scare him but if something happened to one of un in the family that that would scare him. She thought about it and asked what else. He said he was afraid of the Devil. My daughter very wisely and bravely kind of laughed and said " Daddy, the devil is not here." My husband was amazed at her wisdom and faith and said she is so much smarter than us. Kids have such an insight on life and what is real and what really matters in life. Sometimes it is so simple.

Well, I have many memories but my first memory was when I felt my baby move while I was pregnant. That's when I felt like a mom, even before he was born!

My favorite memory of each of my children would be right after they were born. The first time I held them and looked at their beautiful faces. The incredible feeling of love and devotion.

My youngest is 14 months old and I can remember bathing her for the first time, she loved it. I got the house real warm and toasty, she looked around, didn't cry at all. She still loves it, likes to splash and play.
