To be honest..I think the pain involved with childbirth was empowering and natural. I actually just blogged about my positive birthing experience. I wish many more people and doctors would encourage a natural birth as it could really change the way of birthing in America.
Well, with my first 3 kids i had epidurals and i only had my last child natural cause the anesthesiologist wasn't on call and by the time he got there it was too late. I think that choice should be left up to the individual. me i just can't handle pain lol!!
I wish that I would have done au natural instead of the epideral for both of my kids. The epideral didnt work correctly for either kid. It hurt extremely bad when they put it in and it also dangerous. I decided after the first one that if I used it again that I wanted someone better to do it. Yet it still didnt make a difference the second one was worse even. They used too much andi had difficulty breathing and began throwing up. Only one of my sides was numb and I couldn't move my leg at all. Also I had a terrible headache and my back felt so bad for like a week. I could barely move without it making me cry from the pain. So next time I'm not using one its gonna be au natural. Nothing could be as bad as the last epideral.
With some of my disabilities its took time, but I find it hard when new come along making harder to handle. Last year I found that my kidney is failing and last May I become a diabetic. With brain damage which cause my poor eyes sight, relearning ...
