What healthy snacks do you feed your toddler? Any suggestions to help out moms who are having trouble getting their little ones to eat new foods?

I serve mine all kinds of fruit, which, thankfully, they love. It helps, too, to make eating fun. I make funny faces out of food on their plates, cut up apples to look like fries (with a crinkle cutter), cut out cheese and ham with tiny shape cut-outs... they love it!
They have so much fun eating that they don't realize it's good for them!
