what I would want to know from my teenage daughter is who has captured her heart and how I can be a better mother for her. I would want to know from my teenage son, how can I help him overcome his shyness and get out in the world.

Oh boy! My son will be a teenager in about 2 months and I just want him to be happy and enjoy his teen years. I know that the teen years are tough and no matter what I hope that he feels that we love him and all the things we do are out of love even though it may not seem that way sometimes.

I always wanted to know where and when they were going. I was very lucky and my kids and I talked so I knew what was going on in their lives. I wanted them to be happy

My teenage daughter and I are very close and she shares nearly everything with me, but my teenage son is very quiet and not as forthcoming. I would love to know what he is thinking and feeling and how he is coping with the changes he is going through as a young adolescent. I would love to know what he wants from me, as his mom, so I can help him through these years.
