One bad habit, that is.
And it's - Candy.
It seems like the whole month of October is filled with sugar. Whether it's treats the kids bring home from school or Halloween candy -- there's always the temptation to take a piece of candy here or there. And, I know how addicting that sugar can be.
So, this year I am calling it quits to candy for the month of October and beyond. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
