Hey ladies, It's Saturday and this is my accountability to you. Did I meet my goals? I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either. I remained on a healthy eating plan about 90%. I didn't exercise, but was advised not to for a week after a brief but scary suspected TIA incident (mini-stroke) on Sunday night. I'm full-blown into tests right now to try to find out what happened or if it was a TIA. So far my tests are excellent. Yay!
My goals for next week is to get back into exercise and to lose 1 pound by Friday eating healthy and exercising at least four of the next seven days.
Well I'm back ladies! I haven't been doing what I was supposed to until the last couple of days. The Lord really got my attention when I went to the doctor last week. My weight is back where it was before I started a few months ago and my cholesterol is pretty high. So now I am back to doing what I am supposed to do. I got rid of anything in my house that I am not supposed to do. So I should start losing again. I should also start getting a better cholesterol count in 3 months when I go back. My blessing was that my glucose what excellent. I was a bit nervous about that since there is diabetes in my family and as much weight as I have to lose.
Please pray for me - I really struggle and have a hard time keeping myself on track. I have to lose this weight and I really want to. I just like to eat too much.
7 pounds to go to goal weight. I'm trying to get back into the habit of exercising every day. Tougher now that the university fitness center has limited hours. Walked trails one day this week. Worked outside last night for a couple of hours. Considering a wii Fit if I can find the buckolas. : )
21 pounds down. 14 pounds to my goal weight. I've been watching my food intake and exercising since the weather is warmer. I still have several pounds to go, but I know I can reach it! I'm more focused now than ever. I love seeing results. They keep me focused and motivated.
Tierra, I could see you were getting smaller and smaller in the pictures! You look gorgeous and it's awesome that you are doing it in such a healthy way!
I know I've been absent for awhile....but I DID lose 20 pounds thus far :) I'm drinking SlimFast 2ce a day and cut (almost) out soda, etc. Just an update. I haven't started working out regularly yet, but I'm still aiming for three times/week at least.
I'm back again! Since my last post I have lost 11 1/2 pounds. My goal is to lose another 10 before I go back to weigh again. I am really struggling though since I sit at a desk all day and don't get the excercise I need. I am starting a new job on July 1 though that is within walking distance of my apt. So as long as it's not too terribly hot I am going to walk as much as I can to and from work. I don't deal well with the heat and I really don't want to be all sweaty when I get to work. Of course, if it's real hot I could always ride the bus to work and then walk home. Hmmm! Something to think about, Anyway I am going to strive to be a bit more accountable than I have been. Just please keep praying for me. I appreciate it a bunch.
