Comment by T. Suzanne Eller on December 22, 2008 at 12:30pm: Today I am cooking all day for this week. Made 12 bags of goodies for Richard's coworkers. Making bags of goodies for family. Cut up celery sticks, air popped popcorn, all nearby. When I'm hungry to munch, I eat that so that I only nibble on goodies while I cook. Definitely works!
