Here's to really trying to change my lifestyle! I did well until the end of the night last night. Nighttime is ALWAYS my worst time. I'm going to start a journal and drink more water. Two small things to change. I think baby steps is most important. I've yo-yo'd for 8 years since I gained 75 pounds with my first child. Never lost it. I lost 27 lbs with the biggest loser program two years ago, but have gained most of it back. Good to everyone:) Better choices for 2010!

I am having a very hard time with my weight here latley, I have been on sugar med,that had helped me gain alot of weight while on it,and now since i am slowly coming of f of it i am finding it very hard not to lose hope and losing the weight.
