It's tough trying to diet in a house where noone else is dieting,Making food for everyone else and then making what you should eat! I have tried everything! I find cardio is really good for me and i was doing well until i went on vacation! Came back lostthe motivation again! So,I will be starting my workout tomorrow morning,I eat pretty healthy, but i have to work out...I was even thinking of trying Jenny Craig,But it's a little pricey, so i'll have to think about that one! Good luck to everyone on their journey!

Rejoice! There is a safe and effective way to get your SEXY BACK the way nature intended. If you want to look and feel amazing without going under the knife or injecting crazy chemicals, you should try the Ultimate Body Applicator...I used 8 individual applicators for under $100 to eliminate my cat whisker wrinkles around my belly button after my second daughter!

There's nothing like it...the Ultimate Body Applicator is THE exclusive, all-natural targeted body slimming treatment that detoxifies the body by drawing impurities from the fat cells...shrinking them for rapid inch loss. This is not a water loss product, and once applied, water consumption is encouraged to flush the toxins for lasting results. The active botanical ingredients also work to heal skin, eliminating the appearance of cellulite and skin slackening. As an affordable, in-home and mess-free alternative to expensive treatments and procedures, this is the best kept secret in the health and beauty industry! You can try a single applicator for ONLY $29 by visiting www.WrapWithJill.com.

omg! I actually have this default picture! Welp, I've been 'dieting' for over 2 years now and have lost approx 20lbs. It's been a long steady road. I've tried different avenues at first like the Lemonade Diet, no carbs/no fat diets, diet pills, increase excersise intensity, decrease excersise intensity. After all that, what has actually worked was researching and sticking with healthy foods and drinking the right amount of water each day for my body. I found that 72-80 oz of water is perfect for me. I found that eating high fiber foods are absolutely necessary for me. I got back into running (a favorite of mine!) and use magazine or online resources to switch up my gym/weight routines. Currently, I'm 'recovering' from a family vacation where eating and excersise went out the window! lol! I'd be happy to hear how some of you get yourselves back on track with dieting and working out.

the only thing that has ever worked for me long term is Jenny Craig. they have an at-home program now, too.
