I try and go by smaller portions for every meal, more frequent smaller meals or snacks and exercise at your desk whenever you can!

I try to keep healthy foods convinent - baby carrots, fresh cleaned fruit etc... available at all times. My biggest downfall comes from not having something healthy to grab on the go.

My healthy diet secret is to eat a breakfast every morning that includes protein. Since it takes longer to digest protein, I find that I don't feel the urge to reach for unhealthy snacks. I also keep lots of fresh fuits on hand so that the snacks I do choose can satisfy my sweet tooth as well as provide good nutrients and fiber.

I drink a LOT of water! And lots of small meals all day long. A small apple, a fw blueberries, a stalk of celery, a pickle cut into small pieces, 2% string cheese. Keeps my metabolism going strong!

I wish I could be more consistent, I have lots of healthy tips, I just can't seem to adhere to them on a daily basis! best tip is to drink lots of water. Most of the time you'll realize you're not hungry, you're actually thirsty. Hydrate all day long.

My secret is eat whatI want to eat not what my kids want to eat. Just because they are eating kid friendly foods, does't matter If I eat something different, something more healthy for me.

Well,I have no real secrets but what I can say is ,water!! Drink water and lots of it.Is important to have foods that are low or no fat but high in protein and learn portion control.Start cutting small amounts at first then go larger.Give up all those fried foods, sweets, and soda.If you do this, you will lose weight.

I use creative substitutions so that I can still enjoy my favorite foods. My favorite site is Hungry Girl - she can make any food go from bad to good! And I always allow myself small treats so I don't feel deprived.

As all the others have said...these aren't secrets, just things that we know we should do. But my favorite trick is fiber, plenty of fiber and water. It keeps you regulated and helps your body process the foods you eat! Good Luck to all!

My secret is to write down everything you eat and drink. This makes you more aware of what you're consuming and less likely to overeat.
