This would be so helpful AND healthy for me, as I'm recovering from a Double Mastectomy. I live alone and just don't have the energy or desire to prepare healthy meals for myself!

Simply exercising and eating small portions of healthy, green veggies and protein.

I know I eat so much more healthily when I've had a healthy breakfast and when I plan ahead to buy ingredients for healthy meals. On weekends, I like to "power cook" some healthy dishes that can be frozen or refrigerated so that we always have something ready to heat and eat during the busy school year. That also helps us avoid the temptation to get unhealthy fast food.

I really don't have any healthy diet secrets... I just try not to eat a lot of junk food and drink alot of soda.

I eat smaller portions and about 4 small meals a day spread out equally. I also go on a walk during my lunch break with a co-worker. It's the perfect time because life at home can be very busy after work. If you can do it try to cut out sweets. I eat less sweets and I have cut soda out all together. Good luck!

My husband and I have been contemplating trying out NutriSystem. We go the advertised websites that give you 2 weeks to a month free but only ever make it as far as picking our first month of food. We've tried everything else. The Zone worked for us before but became too expensive. We've done the Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice/Smart Ones diet via the grocery store along with exercise. That didn't work either. We've even tested out a some food intake-tracking wedsites (traineo & giminee now called daily burn) but that can get a bit tiring. I don't know what's stopping us from trying NutriSystem but I would love to try it out. Finally.

I try to walk a lot even if it is just around the yard and playing with the dogs... watch what you eat read the labels of your food and not just buy the first thing that you see, buy fresh foods rather than buying prepackaged or foods with a lot of sugar or fat in them... instead of a soda try a glass of crystal light you get great taste and the water that we all need,,, be active and get your family to do the same ,,,, instead of tv try volley ball or any sport that you want.. instead of potato chips have carrots and celery i love ants on a stick it is celery with peanut butter and raisins on top it is GREAT to help also fight hunger in the middle of the day or a late night snack YUMM eat more fiber to help control the hunger pains , also i try not to go grocery shopping if i have not eaten because you tend to buy more of what you want to munch on then rather what you need to have also i take a list and stick to it ,,, it will help in not buying junk food or things that are easier and ready for you to buy because it is right there for you to see, i also eat 5 times a day and i eat healthy snacks so that i am not craving or starving for things that will just make you splurge... i eat 5 small meals and snacks so that i am full i drink crystal light so that i get flavor and the water i need also i drink 2 8 oz glasses of just plain water also,,, its really not a secret but trying to be smart and a great role model for my children so they have a healthy eating habit.. this would be a blessing to me to have this free as we do not have a lot of money and i really want to loose more weight and be even more healthier. I am so busy taking care of kids and going to college that sometimes it takes a lot to do the right thing but this would help me in that very fight to be more smart in the way i eat and showing my children that you can eat healthy and that there is food that is healthy and great to eat.I have heard that your food is great tasting and easy i would love the opportunity to try this product.. this would be such a blessing for me i would be so grateful in this if i could have it blessed to me.. thank you for reading my short story

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I prefer organic. Avoid processed foods. Do not late at night. Don't buy junk so you won't be tempted to eat it.
