I want my husband to think I'mlynngenes@aol.com the hottest wife in town!
I had my daughter two years ago and have not diet or excercised since then. Every now and then I catch myself thinking about how toned and in shape I was but, never seem to motivate myself. Now that the New Year has arrived, I want to stop thinking and make it happen! No more excuses! I want to feel better about myself and not cover up.
I want to get in shape to increase my stamina and strength - super miscmayzee!
It has been a VERY tough year for me, I have had surgeries and I am trying my best to get back into shape and extremely important to me to be healthy again, I have not been able to do anything this year and I have always worked out, it is so important to work all of your muscels and keep you body and mind strong, I cannot express in words how much I would love to win this, I am keeping my fingers crossed, it seems like a fresh approach to working out, I would love it, thanks for the opportunity, my body has been through alot and I need to bring it back, I work with my doctor always to make sure I am taking the right approach, believe me my doctor would tell me to go home and start working out.
I want to get in shape this year b/c I've never been one for exercise but my husband has always been a runner and now my dd has started running marathons too. Mommy needs to be fit too.
I will change my eating habits, no more pop!
I want to set a good example for my girls!
I am getting into shape mainly because I just had a baby and I still have some of that baby fat. My goal is to get back into my bikini by June!!
To lose the baby weight!
I want to get in shape this year because I want to be a good example to my son on eating healthy and exercising regularly.
we have been leading quite sedentary lives and since my husband was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes last year, i've resolved to be healthier by not just eating healthier but exercising as well. i hope that my enthusiasm and results would inspire my family to follow suit.
I want to lose weight for my children. And show them healthy changes are better for you then crash diets.
