Hi,I am 45 married for 261/2 years and three children.Heather is 26 and living in Alaska with the Fish and Game Dept.Ron is 22 and working for AT +T,and Gabby ia 13 and in 8th grade and plays a wonderfull violin.Looking forward to great conversations.

Hi there...I am a 43 yr old first time mom to Isaac, a gorgeous 1 year old baby boy that hubby & I adopted from South Korea.

Hubby & I were both married before and both previously thought we wanted a career-oriented child-free life...I think it was because we were married to the wrong people! We've been happily married almost 4 years now...and have had Isaac home for almost 3 months. I am learning the challenges of parenting at a 'late age' - especially with a high-energy busy boy! :-) Additionally, I am now staying at home - after 20+ years of working full time and having a successful insurance career...so this is quite a change for me. Would love to compare notes with other older moms and those who left careers to be a full time parent....

Hi! I'm new to momlogic and to this group, but from what I'm reading on your wall, this is going to be great. I'm a 46-year-old mother of three (ages 12, 11 and 7). As a freelance copywriter I don't always get so much time to write for myself, but I'm trying to carve more out. I'm trying not to see myself as an age, but in advertising, which tends to trend young, I'm beginning to feel like I stick out a bit against the 20-somethings.
