This is going to send out a huge shocker...I don't Skype. I want to, but I haven't tried. My son, even though young, is a computer whiz. He knows the ins and outs of using the computer. He likes to play games, but this would be a great way for him to talk to his aunt. She lives out of state while working on her doctorate. She misses him greatly. This would be perfect for them to talk.
Skype sounds like an inexpensive phone option for those who spend time online. I'd love to outfit my college daughter and son with a skype kit. No plan I can afford has enough minutes for her
This would be great for my family as we are spread all over the country. I have never Skyped before but I have heard how easy it is and great it works. And besides Oprah using it - what more is there to say!
I would love to try Skype, since all of my hubby's side of the family is on the other side of the world, well in Asia. Since we just had our second baby, it would be nice to stay connected in these early stages.
This is awesome! We have family in Colorado it would be awesome to really see them and talk to them. I have seen Skype on Oprah and it looks easy and great!
My daughter is serving in Iraq for the first time. We have been relying on her ability to get a phone card. This would be so great! I miss her terribly but it is worse when I havent been able to talk to her for a while.
Skype -- what a fun application! I've heard so much about this and I'm ready to try it. Hope it isn't too hard to set up and learn. I'm no computer guru but no dummy either. Anyhoo, I'd love to win this item and jump on the Skype band-wagon! Hey, maybe I'll get a chance to Skype with Oprah! Ha-ha! You never know.
My favorite local museum is the Train Museum in Old Sacramento, CA. My oldest daughter and I love walking through there and both of us are just amazed at the enormous size of some of the trains!
Calling all movie loving moms! Whether you enjoy sappy love stories, spine tingling horror flicks, action packed thrillers, or dramatic dramas, this is your spot for swapping reviews and behind the scene secrets.
You know the old saying that pregnant women are beautiful? Well, this is my third Christmas in a row of being pregnant! I feel so pretty when I am pregnant (but this is my last time).
I have managed to get my 15 month old daughter to stop breast feeding during the day but can't seem to get her to stop during the night, she screams the house down. I stopped her breastfeeding during the dat by putting vegimite on my nipples i kno...
Thank you for sharing about what it's like to get together with family sometimes. I love my aunt, who we'll be visiting w/ tomorrow, but she never had kids and when she corrects them or has a hard time with their silly antics, I just clam up. She'...
I honestly do not like the war scenes but it definitely is a classic. And other posters are right. Carol Burnett is all I can think about when I see the curtain scene
