I have a son that will be leaving for college and it sure is hard to get in touch with him being a young adult in the college "scene". using Skype would be another way to get in touch with him and be a "cool" mom.; ▶ Reply to This

We have virtually no family close by and if i had Skype than my son would be able to talk to Grandparents and they could see how he is growing and more of his personality than just a phone call.

My sister has two kids going away to college in two different locations. Now I'm the one pushing Skype and this is exactly what I need to persuade her. I think she'll be addicted to Skype right along with the rest of us.; ▶ Reply to This
