Meet Blogleader Jeanne!

Jewish guilt, a lifelong passion for matza ball soup and Polish roots (which she blames her frizzy hair on!), have made Jeanne Muchnick what she is today: a crazed, multi-tasking mom of two (not counting the dog!) who worries too much, sprinkles her phrases with "oy," and has a tendency to "mother" everyone she meets. (or should I say has a tendency for matchmaking and feeding anyone who walks into her house).

She's also a prolific writer whose work has appeared in many national and local publications including Woman's Day, Parenting, Parents, Pregnancy, The New York Times, The Daily News, The Journal News, Rockland Magazine, and InTown: Westchester.

Comment by Dr. Michelle Golland on April 11, 2009 at 9:03am: OY Joy!!!! I am still tired from our Seder!!! We had so much fun. I wanted to suggest a great CD. It is Regea Passover. The songs are all Passover but done in a Bob Marley style! Soooo very cool. All my guests loved it! Oh also made my door way into the "Parting of the Red Sea" I tool that Mylar string curtain for door ways in red and made a sign that said "let me people go" and everyone walked through the red sea! The kids and adults loved it. Lotsa matzah to you all :)
