These last few weeks of my pregnancy i've been asked at least twice a day, are you sure you are not having twins?

I say I don't care what I am having, I just want to know. And they reply, "But you secretly want a boy, don't you?"
I'm just being honest, I don't care, so don't tell me what I want!

For me the most annoying questions are the ones where people seem to assume they know what gender of child we are hoping for. We are happy to be expecting a HEALTHY baby, the sex is not important to us!

For the past couple weeks, I got: "So, are you ready yet?" Um, this is my second child. I know that I will not sleep. I will have no time for myself and I my whole life is going to be turned upside down. Yes, yes. I'm ready. ???

I hate being asked "this is your last one right" because I am going on my second baby. It makes me feel like they are bothered by me having my children. It is not like I'm asking them to support them or its not like I have 12 kids and counting.

I guess I'd have to go with, "You hope it's a girl right?" Up until we found out the gender, we were kind of equally okay with either - we're hoping for a baby. :)

Honestly, I don't think that I have had any annoying questions. This will be child number 4 for me and I have had a couple of people ask why we decided to have another child, but that hasn't annoyed me or bothered me at all.

I've gotten most of these annoying questions too. Mine is always something like: "Are you sure you are due in June? You look like you could deliver earlier than that." Um, thanks....:-l
