If this is your first pregnancy... enjoy it!!! Nap whenever you can and have fun doing whatever you want. Indulge your cravings and have fun being pregnant and all the attention you get when you're pregnant. And take pictures of your growing belly!!
Enjoy every minute you have either alone or with your partner as life will never be the same after the baby is born. This is just such an incredible time in your life and your own miracle!
For the mommas to be, huh? Well, first off, get yourself that fabulous bag you see up there. Then, if this is your first baby, enjoy it! Relax, read a book, watch a movie, go for quiet walks with your hubby, anything you enjoy! (unless it's extreme sports and roller coasters) If it's your second baby or more, don't be afraid to ask people for help! When I was pregnant with my twins I was so sick I couldn't even cook for myself let alone my other two boys, so some of my friends started bringing us lunch every day and would take my kids so I could take a nap. It was hard to let them do that but it was worth it! And someday I hope to pass it on.
For morning sickness that is never ending....eat. Eating helps keep that gag reflex from doing what it loves to do while pregnant. It also helps to eat before these attacks, an empty stomach is not fun to deal with. Also SLEEP, you'll never be happier about taking all those much needed naps. The end of pregnancy and the next year with baby will seem as though sleep is something of the past.
