crock pots are my best friend. if you put something in before you go to work, it's ready when you get home. have it with a salad and you're good to go!

I laways have a smoothie for breakfast!! you can use soymilk or regular milk, and i buy the frozen friut at trader joes, mainly strawberries and berries, and put some spinach in the blender as well,,, and yum!!! you cant even taste the spinach and its fast, filling and healthy!!! even my kids love it, its like a juice it up at home!!!

Take about a pound of roast, arm roast or whatever is on sale, and cut into small cubes. Brown in a skillet with onions. As much onion as you like. When meat is almost done add a 1/2 c. of beef broth and a large can of cream a mushroom soup. Then you can add fresh o can mushrooms. Cook for about 10 mins. Serve over mash Potatoes.
