We just had our 2nd child, and my husband just said to me, "Don't let the babies make you old." Huh?! He said I need to make sure to go out and do fun things. So this would be perfect!

Guess I'm not anywhere near as bad off as everyone else....just a mom at 40 of twins getting ready to enter their terrible twos with a hubby who is one of the best hands on Dads you could ever ask for who is feeling a little neglected by his overwhelmed, overworked, miracle baby doting wife.....
would do wonders for our marriage......but sounds like there are others who need it more........so it's all good.

well, i won't say I havent been on date in 1 million years because i have been on a few. As a single mom, i have always focused my home time with my children. Even though they are older, I still worry about where they are when i am not with them.

That sounds too awesome. Date nights are few and far between since I quit my "career" job to stay home with the kids some years ago. I babysit during the day and waitress 1 to 3 shifts a week. My husband works a second job landscaping. Unfortunately, with a very dry summer there hasn't been much work. But if you have the time then you don't have the money!! Can't we all relate to that? A gift like this would feel like going on vacation!

my husband and I could really use this as we have been married for five years and no honeymoon! We had five miscarriages in the last four years and had two doctors running tests to find out why. It was not until we Let go and Let God were we blessed with our angel Miss Trinity Faith! She truly is a blessing and we love her very much but would love a night out on the town. I was laid off from my job six weeks after pregnancy and am a first time stay at home Mom and it has been so tight that we do not go out at all. We barely make enough for the necessities. It is depressing but we are also blessed nonetheless. My husband lost his job due to a layoff in my 37th week in pregnancy and our health benefits also went out the door on the same day! We were also blessed with him finding a job a week later! We have been through a lot of ups and downs in the last few years and would really appreciate so much a special night for just us!

I need a date night. I moved into my moms house after five years with my boyfriend, not because we broke up but because my 5 nieces and nephews were in need of a caretaker. I had just had a baby and he was 3 months old when I started last year. Its now about a year and a half later and I need a break with my boyfriend!

I would love to have a date night with my husband of 11yrs marriage 15total. Me and my husband have been on a roller coaster ride of life since we got together. Living literally from pay to pay in the beginning of our lives with our children together to this day. between all these years we encountered financial hardship, to my husband joining the Army for a better life, while being the Army we still struggled to get by but was Blessed to be in it because at least didn't have to worry about being thrown out, electricity shut off. My husband was always gone to the field, or some sort of military training.I became very depressed and gained over 70pds. I knew no one.Was playing the single parent role due to my husband always being gone in a place, had to have a surgery done and even though Dr's told I had to be in bed for at least a month after, I was on my feet next day taking care of kids because my husband had to go to training in another state. What should of taken a month to heal stretched to over 4months. Then later we get stationed to another place and we find a home church and friends we get involved thinking finally things are looking up for us even though we were still financially struggling we were provided a home through the army and were able to afford a car and little by little was able to afford some furniture and so on. My husband reenlisted what would of been 14yrs a career of this life was cut short 9ys. He was physically wounded and had surgery that failed. in which in the military life meant he was no good and useless as they put it and kicked him out. No rehabilitation no help from the army just get out. Not even a month went by and they Honorably discharged him, no help we didn't where or how we were gonna live they wouldn't guide us to the right direction. By God's grace we found a place to live but back to pay to pay. Since we have lived here we have received over 6 eviction letters barely have enough money for food at times. Letters to pay our electricity we can't seem to catch up on. Then to top this my husband gets diagnosed with Cancer. Church seems to just not care and help in these times after numerous times of crying for help. Me falling apart and seeing my husband totally breakdown he now has depression, anxiety, back problems, migraines, insomnia, and with all this still manages to get up and go work to provide. His cancer was removed (Praise God)now we wait for the 3yr to claim he is cancer free. I don't think we would even how to have a date. But I know this would just make my husband feel blessed.

We both work full-time and have a busy 5 year old. My hubby coaches his soccer team and we just both have so much going on, we have a hard time connecting. I would love a date night to spend quality time with hubby.

It's not so much that I need it, its that I feel my children would benefit from it and I want it for them more so than for me and my husband. I have found after 16 years of marriage if we are both happy it makes for a happy family. We have two children 13 and 12 and have seen our share of turmoil. We almost lost our son, in a car accident last year. It places a value on what you hold dear to you. Time, and the importance of the family and being able to share in the little things that we take for granted every day; like dinners and laughter. A date night is really a family night for my family........

I'm a mother of 2 beautiful girls. One is 14 and the other is 2. I have such an age difference is my first child is from my first marriage which I am widowed from. I was a single mom for 6 years. I finally met a wonderful man whom stoled my heart and we've been married for 3 yrs now and got pregnant on our honeymoon..
I work Monday-Friday and the husband works rotating 12 hour shifts and teaches at a local college. We see each other on the passing and only have every other weekend off together.
It's been stressful for about 3 years now with the oldest doing band, dance, and both with compeititions. All our money goes to the kids. The oldest also in braces !!!! She's starting high school in a few days!!
The baby girl just goes with the flow on her terms. she has daddy in the daytime and mommy at night.
I really feel like my husband feels left out cause we are always with the kids and never get much time alone anymore. We could use a night out to ourselves.....We are doing what we can like all americans can to stay afloat !!! Good luck to the mom who gets this cause all of us are so deserving !!!!
