Job postings on sittercity
I have posted a job on sittercity and have not had much luck finding anyone and those I think are a perfect match for my family never respond even after I make the initial contact why is this happening? My job post outlines the job the hours,duties, etc and my kids are not little but do need to have adult supervision we pay well yet no applicants??

any suggestions would be helpful as we are in need of childcare soon as our current nanny is moving out of state and we found her on sittercity and have been completely happy! Thanks for your help!

I am not exactly sure how this whole thing works, if anyone would be able to help me. We live in Hawaii. I have never left the house without my little one, and I think my husband and I desperately need a date. :) I have also considered a nanny, both full time, part time, live in, live out....I have no clue how to do this. We have a spare room which we are in the process of furnishing. I am not sure if the person would also help with cleaning and yard work and baby, or are there limitations? What qualifications do I look for? Is it weird that I would be at the house most of the time too?
