I am thinking of doing some Pet / House sitting, does anyone have any idea of rates in the Los Angeles area

no idea... I wish I knew a place that had rates for this myself actually (only in the Atlanta area). I'll be watching this thread.

In our pet care library we have a rate estimator article so you can figure out the appropriate rate for each job.
The rate for house sitting can be anywhere from $10 to $25 per visit depending on the amount of work you do when you are at the house (feeding animals, watering plants, cleaning house etc.)

it was impossible for me one day didn't make much difference gained maybe a pound have now restarted my diet again.
How are you defining "big families" for the purpose of your study? In some respect that's all relative, as some people consider 4 kids to be a big family and others not till there are 8 kids, or somewhere in between.
