What kind of child care do you use?

Mostly we just plan things around the kids' schedules...I am a SAHM, so we don't need daycare, but we would like to be able to occasionally have a night out just grown-ups! =)

Well, I would have it (Pregancy test) in a gift bag with other baby items. Or I will have his favorite items (Snacks and candies) and then give it to him after eating his favorite meal.
