Dinner, a little play time, change of clothes, nursing/a bottle, a book, and bedtime for all of us. The routine works like a charm.

i get my son to sleep with routine. i just start it and he starts rubbing the eyes. its great!

We follow the same routine every night. Brushing teeth, getting into pjs, bedtime story and then bed. She knows its bedtime by the routine and she almost always goes right to sleep. Only problems tend to be when she is sick.

We read a book then we snuggle with the lights off, I put on some white noise this way it a calm way to fall asleep and I get some one on one time with them

now that I'm no longer breastfeeding, night wakings have become the Hubster's territory. I get A LOT more sleep now! Getting the kids to sleep is a lot easier when we put them to bed at the same exact time every night. When we get off of our schedule, it becomes a battle

We read a story and cuddle in bed. Then the lights go out and the boys know it is time to go to bed. They both do really well except for the occasional "I need a drink" or "I need to go potty." That has been our routine since they were toddlers and it works well for us!
