I'm suggesting 5 tips to enjoy your summer activities
1. apply sunscreen
2. keep OFF! handy
3. take enough water
4. wear comfortable shoes
5. stay cool

1. Fill a kiddie pool with water for splashing, filling water balloons, soaking feet and floating boats.
2. Sorbet is lighter and more refreshing in hot weather than ice cream (although I would never say no to ice cream).
3. Windy days are great for flying kites, especially on the beach.
4. Go out and splash around on warm, rainy days (no thunderstorms, of course)
5. Plan indoor activities like catching a movie when the sun it at it's highest to avoid overexposure.

playing in the park, catching fireflies, star gazing, looking at the clouds for funny pictures, playing games in the back yard

I take my grandkids to the local pool.
We go out for icecream
We play crochet in the yard with neighbors
Also cook on the grill
Stock up on sodas when they are on sale
Have paper plates so you don't have so many dishes to do

Run through the sprinklers (naked if you're brave!)
Sip iced tea in the shade
Take a walk as the sun sets
Wade in your local creek/river/pond
Pick beautifully colorful summer flowers from your yard

WEAR SUNSCREEN WHEN YOU GO TO BEACH
ALWAYS TRY TO GO CAMPING
GO SEE RELETIVES FOR A LIL WHILE (CHANGE OF SCENERY)
LISTEN FOR THE ICE CREAM EVERYDAY!
MOST OF ALL BE SAFE AND HAVE LOTS OF FUN FOR THE SUMMER
