I just heard two great tidbits I thought I would pass along:

1) Take it hour by hour rather than day by day! Give yourself a bit more grace!

Amy & Nancy, My daughter almost had to get tubes and I would have happily done it because she was on anti-biotics way too much, but the season turned at it cleared up. What I can tell you is my little brother had them when he was little and My Mom too said that it was the best thing she did when he was little for him. The crying stopped, the pain stopped and it was relatively hassle free. Also, I can tell you there was a visible decline in my daugther's speech development when she was going through the ear infections. Then it picked up once she was better. It was obvious her hearing was very affected!

Seperately, I think I like this group but am hoping to see more discussion topics. If I can think of a good one, I might throw one up there.
