I have so much fun trying out the dessert recipes with my mom on the weekends - she's diabetic, so it's great to have my secret Hungry Girl weapon on hand with the stockpile of recipes I've collected that are low in sugar, and calories, so neither of us feels guilty. All we have to worry about is who gets to lick the spoon!!!

I love the low-fat dessert recipes like the one with the pudding, strawberry preserves, and Cool Whip on a Nilla Wafer. Yum!

Hi Guys! My fav would be the caramel pumpkin pudding cupcakes! To die for! Or to LIVE for would be more appropriate! It will cure your sweet tooth!

Don't go shopping at the grocery store hungry. And don't take the kid's with you. They won't miss all the sugary stuff you're not buying them, if they don't see it.

My fave is to use the cereal instead of breadcrumbs I like the FiberOne much better than cornflakes!

I drink a lot of water and keep small fiber or protein rich snacks at my desk to keep me from getting the munchies at work and to keep my energy level up.

I don't have the book, but from the few recipes I just read on the website, the fish and chips recipe sounds like one I'd actually try out on my finicky kids!

Hmm, I think the one that I love is to use crumbled up Fiber One cereal instead of bread crumbs - being able to get more fiber into my family's diet that way is so helpful!

We tried the "When Beefy Met Cheesy (Quesadilla Swap!)" and my husband took one look at the ingredients and though he was not going to like it. HE LOVED IT!
