I start each morning with oatmeal and it fills me up and makes me feel healthy. Then I'm not hungry till lunch. And on days I ate a little too much oily things during lunch, I'll have oatmeal for dinner with some fruits. I would not advocate only eating oatmeal all day long, variety is the spice of life, but that's my 'natural' 'healthy' 'no fat' food.
