My favorite recipe has to be hungry girl's peanut butter fudge. It's so good!!
Kathleen Leonard Comment by Kathleen Leonard on April 16, 2009 at 8:33am
Susan asked about how to encourage her 3 year old to eat healthy food choices. The are lots of different ways you can get protein. For example, does she like peanut butter? Also, I find that children are often more likely to eat something (also wear something) when they feel they have a part in the decision. Get a copy of "Eat This, Not That for Kids" and let your daughter help choose healthy choices.

Andrea's faux ice sandwich is also my secret pleasure, but it's even better if the graham crackers are chocolate!!!

I've been a HG subscriber for years and I can't wait to pick up the new book to add to my collection. I currently have her first book and love it!

My favorite Hungry Girl tip is to make a faux ice cream sandwich out of graham crackers and frozen cool whip. It really cures my craving for something sweet, without me having to feel guilty afterward! :D

As a mother, I would love to know more about child friendly recipes! My daughter use to eat everything I gave her before she turned 3. She was a very healthy child, she hardly ate processed food. After she turned three, she won't eat proteins, she wants to eat bread by itself, and she wants to eat popsicles, ice cream, and what I call junk. We don't even those items in our home. I am trying to figure out how I can give her a balanced diet.

I've heard the HG book was coming, and now here it is! I've been a HG e-mail newsletter subscriber for some time now. I think it's amazing what you can do with coffee creamer, which seems to appear in several HG dessert recipes.
