- I am disabled so I cannot make the meals from scratch like I use to anymore. Especially my favorite Italian and Mexican meals with lots of vegies, seafood, etc. But, I found gold when we went to Costco and found the premade meals that have all the things I love such as the mediterranian Pasta with huge chunks of vegtables and the huge box of toquitos, tacos and others things called Quitina Grill Variety pack. All we do is add a few items to fis them up and it is better then eating out! And we figured it out the each meal costs us less then 5 dollars to make. They have sandwhiches, meatballs, lasagna's, mannicotti's, roasts, and the list goes on. The dessertsthey have are huge and so inexpensive and I end up having to freeze most of it because we don't eat them fast enough. I really thought we would have to suffer when I could no longer cook, but, Costco has helped us make some meals that taste better then my own cooking and all for less then if I made them myself from scratch.

I love fresh ground turkey! You can make so many healthy & delicious
meals out of it. I like to add a lot of fresh veggies!
