I honestly do not like the war scenes but it definitely is a classic. And other posters are right. Carol Burnett is all I can think about when I see the curtain scene

OTHER FAV SAYING IS MAMMIE TELLING SCARLETT TO EAT ALTTILE SOMETHING B4 GOING TO THE BBQ, SCARLETT SD ASHLEY TOLD HER HE LOVED A WOMAN WITH A HEALTHY APPETTITE SO SHE'S DO HER EATING THERE!! The obvious ones of course, but also when she visits Rhett in jail, & he lets her think he believes her, lets her finish, then grabs her hands & busts her. You've been working in the fields, & she gets so mad, he could always see through her little charades.

I love the beginning when its black and white and of corce the famous frankly my dear scarlet , and the ball after he dies and shes all by herself and she really wants to dance and be happy and party I love scarlet fiddle dee dee
