hello ladies! i love to read and im always looking into books that will teach me to "live better" well i have stumbled across a book by mariel hemingway...."healthy living from the inside out" it gives you an insight of all the "bad chemicals" that we allow in our bodies and how to get rid of them. it teaches you to find what works for you with exercise, nutrition, etc. it doesnt tell you to do certain things it helps you find what works for you and your family....give it a try!!
