My only tip for losing weight is no bread and lots of slim fast. I have only lost 4 pounds after months of this but at least it's a little less than I weighed before.

Drink lots of water! At least 8 - 8 ounce glasses each day, 10 if you can handle it. It really fills you up and can help you differentiate between hunger & thirst.

Eat smaller meals more often during the day - every 2-3 hours works for me!

Don't eat after six, cook only enough for one serving per person.

My best tip to lose weight- Cut back on the carbs....Bread is a big one.

My tips are to drink lots and lots of water, avoid salt and to avoid white foods (i.e. sugar, bread, flour. etc.) Works for me!

My tip is to write down everything you eat!

Drink lots of water, track what you eat, eat smaller meals through the day, PLAN in advance for special meals, fill up on healthy snacks before a party/event, and EXERCISE!

Fall in love with foods that are good for you. If you really enjoy what you are eating and it's good for you, you will be satisfied on more levels.

As others have said, cut the carbs and increase the exercise. Easier said than done of course. I would love to lose 50 pounds.

I eat more veggies and fruit, I stay away from fried foods completely and very rarely eat bread. I get my grain other ways including popcorn, oatmeal, etc. I dont miss them but if i do get a craving for them I will eat them but very rarely.

My quick tip is make a big pot of vegetable soup with lots of cabbage, brocolli, brussel sprouts and tomatoes. Everytime you're hungry, have a bowl full instead of chips or fattening snacks. Along with exercise, you'll see a difference.
