Definitely lunges, they show the fastest results!
My favorite exercise move is jumping rope. Is that considered a move? I hope so. I really hate crunches, lunges and push ups. They actually make me miserable. Maybe I am doing them wrong........
My favorite excercise move is the bicycle. It maybe an old-fashioned ab exercise, but it's the most effective midsection strengthener. :) Try it!
This would be so perfect to own. I am trying to get into better shape. I love doing cardio and yoga is now becoming a quick favorite too.
I like free weights. Probably because I can see results quicker.
My favorite things to do as far as work out thus far is run with my dogs, wii fitness, yoga, and jump rope. This sounds like fun, too.
My favorite exercise move is a toss-up between a deep plie or a rond-de-jamb. Both moves really work the abs, thighs and hips/glutes. For the upper body, I really enjoy doing flies ( short for butterflies?).
