
I roll out of bed every morning at 6:30 a.m. I'm not used to the alarm yet though it's been six weeks. My natural body clock is around 7:30ish and my inclination is to hit the alarm with a sledge hammer. But I have a goal, one that I've been trying to accomplish by myself for a long time.
