I feel the same way about the kids in my neighborhood.
One of my kids is on good manners medicine so we keep his calorie as high as possible to get him to gain weight. For lunch around here we have:
pb&J
Turkey Bologna (one likes cheese the other does not)
grilled cheese
chicken or turkey nuggets
fish...
both of my younger boys suffer from both. I use Singulair prescriptions to control it, while they are out in the environment. At home I clean as green as possible. Salt for scrubbing, baking soda for smells, vinegar for disinfecting.

mega prayers needed
a family across the street lost their house tonight. The fire has been raged for an hour now and the fire department did little but keep the rest of the houses safe. It was too late when they arrived to save the on that was on fire

I'm not doing very well today
I'm being really lazy today. I haven't felt well for about 3 days and today I haven't done much. This is my first post here and I want to warn you I'm feeling whiny. I tend to interject the complaining with a lot of humor though.
