- Sparrow Hawk is great for hiking, but not water. It takes you about 200 feet up and has a spendid view.
But you could walk by the water in the public access places first and then go to Sparrow Hawk and hike. Richard said that Arrowhead charges a minimal fee to use their camping grounds (closer to water and has place where you can make food) or Eagle Bluff (same thing).
