Went to show my muscle from my new work out program and I forgot to rub in the self tanner well enough and had streaks all over the inside of my arm....EEK! Lucky I can laugh at myself!

Walk/run 21/2 miles a day, weight training 3xweek and lot's of summer chicken salads low fat dressing of course!!
Have your husband as your workout partner. Who better then him to help you with your eating habits! Does not hurt that mine is a weight coach.....LOL! Boot camp everyday, BUT wow, has it helped!!!!
