Happy Mothers Day all of you... This year since I am jobless I sent free hallmark card for my mom , and wishes her in email personally... Its 3 years since I saw my mom ... My daughter is too small to gife me... She gave me a hug and kiss lol ;-)

You make an excellent point! That we need to focus on life MORE than weight loss! (Although it's hard sometimes. I've personally become so obsessed with my weight loss journey that I forget to enjoy food once in awhile!)

The end of the world as we knew it
My stomach lurched. Rolled and flipped. I'd never felt so sick. I knew it wasn't the cold canned soup I'd just eaten for lunch. Nor could I blame it on my dinner the night before. It was pure nerves.
